About the Product
White Jamun fruit comes from a rare variety of Syzygium cumini, producing pale-colored, sweet‑sour berries with a crisp texture, often eaten fresh or used in beverages and traditional preparations. It thrives in tropical to subtropical climates with ideal temperatures of 20 °C to 35 °C and moderate to high humidity. The tree grows best with 1000–2500 mm of well-distributed annual rainfall, well-drained fertile soils, and full sunlight, while tolerating short dry periods. Regions like Kerala, with their hot, humid monsoon climate, offer suitable conditions for healthy growth and consistent fruiting.
